As national champions, WAB's team qualifies to compete in the international competition in the UK, September 11 - 19, 2009.
ISB will also be entering a team in the international competition as the best newcomer to the program.
The inaugural F1 in Schools China competition matched two teams from the WAB High School against two teams from ISB. Congratulations to all participants on their hard work, and many thanks to all judges and coaches, especially MS Teacher Mark Edwards, who played in integral role in introducing F1 in Schools to WAB - and China.

Team Veloco from WAB won best engineered car (sponsored by Solidworks)
Team Draxonic from ISB won Best verbal and Best design portfolio
Team Impetus from ISB did collect an award.
